So it is coming to the end of the year...

SA vs Eng at home and the springboks up North.

great way to start the morning

27.2 W Bentley to Newton
That was an absolute ripper of an inswinger from Bentley, and the off stump goes spinning out of the ground as Newton plays all around it.

End of Over 29 (1 runs). match_winners: 95-3, runrate=3.28
Trail by 310 runs. (Matrix_xfx 405-2 dec)
Overs left today: 108
Glazier 5-0-18-1
Siyabulela* 2 (5 balls)
Malcolm 8 (10 balls)
Last Wicket: Newton b. Bentley 13 (FOW: 89/3)

This has to be the funniest commentry line I've seen on BT:
this match

4.1 . Sloan to Wellens wrote:
Wellens was clearly distracted in playing that cover drive, and no wonder. There's footage on the big screen of his side's main sponsor in the stands with the batsman's wife sat on his knee. There's bound to be some strong words spoken later.

And that's the end of the match. The Dublin Dragons won by an innings and 276 runs.

End of Over 48 (1 runs). Portugal_XI: 85-10, runrate=1.77 (1st Inn: 44-10)
Trail by 276 runs. (The Dublin Dragons 405-2 dec)

Interesting you should mention that quote, also saw another one in my game today,

"10.5 . Pretorius to Rhodes
Rhodes forward to a full, straight delivery and plays it out to covers. One of our listeners has emailed to say that Cricinfo seem to be copying a lot of our commentary verbatim - probably using voice recognition software. What cheek."

They must be hiring comedians to write the commentary nowadays.
