Ok first tip sort your academy out. Don't invest any money in it. Choose the 5K a week option.

You won't need it for a few seasons. Make sure you apoint coaches and Spread the nets around your team.

basic clues

props must weigh 120KG, main skills strength and tech. defense is useful
hookers must be around 5cm shorter than your props to be at their best weigh above 110Kg
same skills as props but they need handling as well

locks 197cm+ 200 really but can be tough to come by at the start. (weigh above 100kg)

these guys catch almost all your line outs. they need handling and jumping

like all forwards technique and strength are key as well.

flankers and number 8s 188cm+ weigh above 100Kg
a bit of handling and jumping is nice cuz they catch the odd line up. they need defense and technique. they also need a bit of speed. as they need to be quite mobile. pretty key to your team. only agility and kicking are stats they aren't interested in

the number 8 doesn't need jumping but needs high attack and defense, good tech is also nice as they will make pick and goes.




Backs (main skills are attack speed and defense all need this) so add these on to the other guides I give you
scrum half
needs to be short and light to work around the back of the back. needs kicking, handling and agility.

fly half
similar to scrummies. need better kicking though and defense. normally taller and stronger

inside centre number 12

similar to fly half, but will need to attack better and the kicking although important isn't major especially if you are playing a running game. doesn't need as much agility

outside centre 13 normally your biggest back weight wise
strength handling, lots of attack would be nice as 13s are big and powerful and they break the game line

wings.
agility, handling. if you have small winger one side. get his defense up. if you have a big winger give him some strength and get his speed up.

agility and defense are the key

This is my squad. I have bought one player since joining 3 weeks ago, flyhalf robert allan.

Currently, i just play default team that BR choose for my team.

- What my line up should be
- WHo i should be training and what training regime
- What my team training should be.
