I think you should remove 1 stam net and 1 bowl net.
That 1 bowl net is a waste and a 2nd stam net would tire him.

Don't give him the bowl net and I'd remove the 2nd stam as well. Stam improves quickly anyway

He is a great trainnee, i'd give him 1xstam, 4xbat, 1xfield.

Goodluck in training him Smile

As U19 manager - i would recommend

3 bats, 1 stams, 1 field, 1 keeping

Thus he has a good chance of beeing in the U19 squad!

if wanted to add more nets, could add another bat - but more than that would then be a waste

I'd stop at 3 primaries. Try to train other/s in your squad with ur other 4 nets

sure you want to waste that extra bat net. Seems sorta pointless.

Thinking about it now, i would drop 1xbat and 1xwk..leaves you with 2 nets to give to other trainees.

well honestly i dont really have any other good trainees, and im really keen just to have someone try and make the under 19 or national team, so i am willing to do everything i can to make sure that happens, hopefully

well he is a good candidate - but it is always useful to try have more than 1 trainee.

i know a friend that has 10 nets on a player

5 batting, 2 field, 2 wk, 1 stam

reasons he has done this:
5 batting (to see how quick it pops)
2 field (had worthless fielding, so 1 net for secondaries other for .. fielding)
2 wk (so that he had a great batter that could be WK for him)
and stam to get to superb +6

i would find another 17y to maybe put 1 or 2 nets on to help you with your team.

that is why i said - 3 batting, 1 field, 1 wk, 1 stam.

other 4 can go on another 1 17y or 2 17y.
even if it is just 2 primary nets on them.

Can get respectable bowlers and batsman now for cheap.
in 2 seasons time they at strong/superb and you have your U19 player and working your way up the leagues.

I agree with scienide. I'd only spend 10 nets if he was an AR
